Fahartadji AHMED-IBRAHIM
Actress

Fahartadji received a grant to finance her studies at the École Régionale d’Acteurs de Cannes et Marseille.

What is your artistic background?
Born in the Comoros, I grew up in parisian suburbs surrounded by art workshops at school. I discovered singing in middle school with a special program (CHAM-chant) before discovering theater in high school. Between 2019 and 2022, at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Créteil, I studied theater while completing my bachelor's degree in theater at Paris III University. In 2021, I joined the La Belle Jeunesse collective at the Théâtre Louis Aragon in Tremblay-en-France (artistic director Laure Hamidi).  Passionate about dance since childhood, I developed my skills in hip-hop and K-pop, first on my own, then at Lax Studio and with K-pop crews. In September 2023, I joined the fifth class of the Horizon Théâtre preparatory course (Arcueil), directed by Louise Chevillotte and the Compagnie Falaises et Plateaux. This opened the doors to ERACM in September 2024, where I joined Ensemble 33. I have been involved with the Fictions Collectives company since 2019 and I am co-author and performer in the show : Le Désir, which is scheduled to premiere in January 2027 at Collectif 12.

How do you view your profession today?
Confident. I have always been afraid of the place I might occupy when entering the theater. When I decided to stop being afraid and move forward with confidence, I met other people who shared this same fear and found their own way. Today, I move forward with confidence in the theater and its cultural actors.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 years?
Incomplete. I hope I will never stop growing, learning, and discovering new things. I have always wanted to teach, so I see myself with a state diploma, running workshops based on projects that I have written, directed, or performed.
I hope that I will have found my dream city, refined my artistic project, and become an actress, dancer, singer, author, director, and teacher. Incomplete.
