Lasseindra received a grant to participate in the Green Factory project organized by the Centre National de la Danse.

What is your artistic background ?
I started dancing at a very young age, with conventional forms such as ballet, jazz and contemporary. Then I trained at a dance school, and I first encountered the ballroom scene and voguing at the start of my teens. Then a few years after my arrival in Paris, I was at the initiation of the creation of the Parisian ballroom scene with my sister Nikki Gucci.

How do you see your profession today ?
It's a very difficult profession and you really have to hang in there, it is still relatively unknown, and it can still suffer from some prejudices but, if you are passionate and believe in yourself, success is there at the end of the road.

How do you see yourself in 5 years ? in 10 years ?
With all that is happening in the world at the moment, I find it difficult to make predictions, I think that we are in a phase of rewriting the world as we know it and that new things will be born or reborn.
