Valentine received a scholarship to finance her participation in international competitions.

What is your sporting background ?
After my Baccalauréat, I went to study at Texas Christian University where I also played for the golf team for four years as a leading player. After graduation, I turned pro. I played for two years in the USA before returning to Europe two years ago. 

How do you see your profession today ?
Women's golf is developing little by little but too slowly for my taste. I wish to contribute to its development by achieving great performances and thus make sponsors want to invest more. I would like to play in the USA where the number of tournaments and the level of performance and earnings are higher. Also the sponsors are more active and more interested.

How do you see yourself in 5 years ? In 10 years ?
My goal is to play with the world elite as soon as possible and to participate in the Solheim Cup.
